Prior to mailing you the final copy-we will allow you to review a rough draft, if you want to make any changes before the final copy is mailed. There is only going to be 1 free showing before the final so PLEASE make sure you get all those creative ideas out.
If item arrives damaged- we will ship an entire new copy for free!! You must ship back to us the damaged product and we will ship the new product to you for free and cover any shipping cost you inquired.
The refund window is 2 days after delivery. If for some reason you decide you do not want it. Please ship it back within 2 days and provide a screenshot of the shipping confirmation and we will offer a full refund. (This excludes shipping)
